It’s evident that life has phases, a phase of studying unrelentingly, a phase of career pursuit, a phase of family and its attributed issues. Aside from the phases to be faced, there are attributed challenges or obstacles that may seem unbearable at times, but when resolved, it becomes a memory to flash back on and smile. With all these phases which are never-ending as well as the challenges that comes along with the phases, it is very normal to experience the feel of tiredness over virtually everything. Though, humans are complex but a struggle in any pivotal area or aspect of one’s life could affect the entirety of the human making the individual declare the state of tiredness. At some point, the tiredness may transit to mood swings thereafter, depression sets in, so does frustration, anger, envy resulting to enmity. Gradually, the individual losses the essence of living, losses his/herself.

Tiredness may come in different forms or reasons. It could be due to routine work, stress, lack of love, inability to achieve desired goals, negative comments about one’s work(s), living one’s life based on the standards of others etc., To get out of the thought and state of tiredness, the following are things to do.

Firstly, Go down on your knees and pray: Praying at this point even seems routine to you or you would most likely experience the feeling of ‘i am not in the mood to pray’. This is you refusing to acknowledge the fact that spirituality is beyond an aspect or part of your life but the entirety of your life. Kneeling and praying, putting forth all your issues both the trivial and non trivial in a conversational manner with God, goes a long way in giving you utmost peace and helps in putting things seemingly difficult into perspective..

Secondly, You need to have a ‘me’ time: Having a me time session is a beautiful experience. It’s a time to think, reflect and discover your actual challenges, the visible ones and the ones hidden within you that you are actually not aware of. A ‘me’ time session makes you have a better understanding of yourself, also makes you realize things you really appreciate. It’s fun indeed and getting in touch with your inner self makes you appreciate yourself and gives you an amazing amount of self-confidence

Thirdly, Write down your worries, Challenges and absolutely everything: Writing down absolutely everything is a subset of the ‘me’ time session. Writing is a good exercise to make you realize areas of focus in your life. It’s a point of reference also. There are times we have the intention of doing things just like an idea popping in one’s mind which could be forgotten almost instantly, writing down helps to recall and also serve as a means of evaluating past state and/to present state.

Fourthly, Go Sightseeing: Distract yourself from your challenges a bit, take strolls, hangout alone or with family or friends. There’s absolutely no excuse for not creating time.

Fifthly, Do spontaneous acts: Do things you rarely get an opportunity to do, something that excites you and gives you a great amount of fulfilment and satisfaction. Be free, shake the challenges, problems off, shake it super off.

Sixth, Listen to music and relax: You need good vibes to get over that annoying tiredness, relax your nerves and position your mind on the fact that your problems cannot be bigger than yourself, you have been given dominion over it all and it is written in the bible that you won’t be trialled beyond your capability. You are the one calling the shots, so challenges ain’t a thing man!

Seventh, Confront that issue causing the tiredness: Confront it so badly, confront with a great amount of confidence, courage, pride. Confront it as the boss you are. Confront it so well that you smile so widely after it all. Confront with so much fun and passion. Well! i guess you have no choice but to confront the ‘nothing’.
